CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS

Welcome to our church announcements!

Thank you for being part of our church family and for the love, encouragement, and support you bring each week. We have a few announcements and opportunities coming up that we’d love for you to know about. Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re joining us for the very first time, we invite you to get involved, connect with others, and be part of what God is doing in our church and community. Let’s take a moment to see what’s coming up!

  • Join the Fun at the Annual Fall Festival

    Sunday School classes and individuals are encouraged to participate in the Annual Fall Festival Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 6:00 - 7:00pm. Please contact Karen Standley if you are providing a game or car for the festivities. Donation boxes are available in the church for those donating candy or treats for the event.

  • Give the Gift of Thanksgiving: Donate to Our Baskets

    Donations of non-perishable food items are now being accepted for our upcoming Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway! Lists of needed items are available near the collection baskets in each Sunday School classroom. Thank you for your generosity and for helping us share the blessings of Thanksgiving with families in our community! Donation Deadline: November 15, 2026.

  • Transport Box Return Deadline — November 8, 2026

    Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes are available in the hallway to fill. Please return transport boxes by November 8. For more information, contact Nellie Staum.

  • Kitchen helpers needed on wednesday

    We would love to have a few more helping hands in the kitchen each Wednesday! If you can come early to help set up and/or stay afterward to help clean up, we’d be so grateful for your help and fellowship!

  • Join the FBCW Choir….. 

    It’s a church new year with new opportunities to serve and sing! Come join us as we lift our voices together and begin an exciting season with the FBC Warren Choir. We’d love to have you be a part of this special ministry! Come sing with us! For more information, contact Roy Smith.

  • Support Our Food Pantry

    We would greatly appreciate your generous donations to help us restock our Food Pantry and continue serving those in need.

    Items needed:

    • Canned vegetables
    • Canned fruit
    • Spam
    • Sugar
    • Cooking oil

  • Find Your Place to Belong and Serve

    As we prayerfully seek God’s will and direction for our church, we invite you to consider how you can use the gifts, talents, skills, and abilities God has given you to serve others.

    Please contact the church office and let us know your availability, skills, interests, and areas where you would like to help. Together, let’s use the gifts God has given us to serve our church and our community.

  • Become Part of the Prayers & Squares Ministry

    Are you looking for a meaningful way to serve? If you have a passion for sewing and feel called to use your talents to serve others, we invite you to join the Prayers & Squares Ministry. Your gifts can bring comfort and encouragement to those in need. For more information or to get involved, please contact Renee Smith, Nellie Statum, or Linda Havens or the church office.
