First Baptist Church of Warren started ministering to the historic community of Warren, Texas in 1888. The community of Warren is surrounded by the Big Thicket National Preserve which protects 113,121.96 acres of land.

The resort communities of Wildwood, Ivanhoe, Lake Hyatt, and Fred comprise the greater Warren Community.

O Send out thy light and thy truth; let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy hill, and to thy taberancles (Psalm 43:3).

This Scripture represents the heartbeat of the church. The church, though more than a century old, is alive, vigorous, and growing greatly. Come join with us in Worship as we proclaim the saving and transforming power of the Gospel!
